This website is operated by F&R Bronze Company. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to F&R Bronze Company. By visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies incorporated by reference below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase through it.

1. Eligibility and customer information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, billing, payment, and delivery information. You are responsible for safeguarding any customer-account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

2. Product information and handcrafted variations

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph every bronze statue and bronze sculpture accurately. Because bronze patinas are applied by hand and many pieces are produced through the traditional lost-wax casting process, natural variations in color, texture, surface character, dimensions, and finish may occur. Display settings and lighting may also affect the appearance of product images. These normal variations are part of the character of a handcrafted bronze and are not necessarily defects.

Dimensions and weights are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Bases, plaques, glass, pumps, electrical components, mounting hardware, and other accessories are included only when the product description or written quotation specifically says they are included.

3. Availability, production, and orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we confirm that the item, price, delivery terms, and any requested options can be fulfilled. We may contact you to verify availability, delivery access, finish, personalization, quantity, or other order details before final acceptance.

Confirmed in-stock pieces normally leave our facility within 48 hours after an accepted order. Pieces that must be cast generally require approximately 30 to 60 days to produce, although custom, quantity, complex, or monumental projects may take longer. All production and delivery dates are estimates unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices may change without notice. The price shown when an order is placed controls, subject to correction of an obvious error. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery information.

Unless a product page or written quotation states otherwise, advertised prices include standard ground shipping or standard freight delivery within the contiguous United States. Additional charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, international destinations, expedited service, unusual access conditions, inside delivery, liftgate or placement services, storage, redelivery, customs, duties, and brokerage.

Orders must be paid through an approved checkout, invoice, payment link, or other payment method authorized by F&R Bronze Company. Do not send payment-card numbers or security codes by email, text message, or ordinary voicemail.

5. Shipping, delivery, and inspection

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Transit dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, access conditions, and events outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for ensuring that the destination can safely receive the shipment. Freight customers should inspect the shipment while the driver is present whenever permitted and safe, note visible damage on the delivery receipt, photograph the packaging and item, and retain the driver's or carrier's information. Concealed damage must be reported to F&R Bronze Company within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Refund, Return & Damage Claim Policy.

6. Returns, cancellations, custom work, and damage claims

Returns, cancellations, refunds, and shipping-damage claims are governed exclusively by our Refund, Return & Damage Claim Policy. Custom, commissioned, personalized, made-to-order, award, special-order, quantity, life-size, monumental, international, and other final-sale items identified in that policy cannot be returned except for an approved shipping-damage claim or as required by law.

Customers considering a custom or quantity order are encouraged to order an eligible sample first when appropriate. Do not return any item without written authorization and return instructions from F&R Bronze Company.

7. Installation, placement, and care

Bronze statues, fountains, tables, lamps, memorials, and monumental works may require professional handling, assembly, anchoring, electrical work, plumbing, site preparation, engineering, permits, or installation. Unless a written quotation expressly includes those services, the customer is responsible for arranging qualified professionals and confirming site conditions, code requirements, and safe installation.

Bronze is durable and intended to be enjoyed for generations with suitable placement and care, but it is not indestructible. Weather, salt, chemicals, water quality, impact, improper handling, inadequate anchoring, poor maintenance, theft, vandalism, fire, flooding, and other events can damage a sculpture or alter its patina. Care, maintenance, and installation recommendations are guidance, not a lifetime warranty.

8. Intellectual property

The website and its original text, photographs, graphics, branding, page design, and other content are owned by or licensed to F&R Bronze Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for ordinary personal or business purchasing purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit site content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Artist names, historic sculpture titles, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the site does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to violate a law, infringe another person's rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the store, submit fraudulent information, scrape or harvest data in violation of law or these Terms, or misuse any customer, payment, or account feature.

10. Third-party services and links

Shopify and other service providers help operate the store, process payments, provide communications, and support delivery. Third-party services and websites are governed by their own terms and policies. F&R Bronze Company is the seller for purchases made from this store. Shopify and other platform providers are not parties to the sale between you and F&R Bronze Company.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, carriers, communications providers, and fraud-prevention vendors may process information as needed to operate the store and fulfill orders.

12. Errors and changes

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate dimensions, pricing mistakes, availability errors, broken links, or other omissions. We may update products, prices, descriptions, policies, and these Terms at any time. Material changes apply from the date posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, F&R Bronze Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a purchase. Any liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the policies and any written quotation or agreement applicable to an order, form the agreement between the customer and F&R Bronze Company for use of the website and that order.
